The Light of Salvation

In a world often shrouded in darkness, a guiding light of hope shines brightly - Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He came not to condemn the world, but to offer salvation to all who believe in Him. As John 3:17 proclaims, "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."

Before Christ's arrival, we were all condemned, lost in the shadows of our sins. The weight of our transgressions separated us from God, leaving us in spiritual darkness. But God, in His infinite mercy, had a plan to rescue us.

Jesus' coming marked a turning point in human history. He illuminates the path to reconciliation with God, offering freedom from the bondage of sin and death. However, this offer requires our response. We must choose to believe in Him.

Sadly, not everyone embraces this divine offer. John 3:19-20 reveals a sobering truth: "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved." Some, accustomed to darkness, recoil from Christ's light, fearing exposure and change.

But for those longing for deliverance, for those weary of guilt and emptiness, there is hope. Jesus extends His hand, offering a new beginning. He says in Matthew 11:28, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

Embracing Christ's light means allowing His truth to penetrate every aspect of our lives. It means being willing to have our deeds exposed, not for condemnation, but for transformation. When we step into the light, we allow God's power to work in us, molding us into the image of His Son.

The choice before us is clear. We can remain in darkness, clinging to our sins, or step into the light, accepting the forgiveness and new life Jesus provides. As Joshua challenged the Israelites, so we are challenged today: "Choose you this day whom ye will serve" (Joshua 24:15).

Dear friend, if you're tired of the emptiness of life without God, know that Jesus is calling you. Don't let fear, doubt, or the love of darkness hold you back. Take that step of faith today. Remember, "now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians 6:2).

As you contemplate this decision, consider Jesus' words in John 8:12: "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." This promise is for you. Will you accept it? Will you step out of the shadows and into the glorious light of God's love?

The invitation is clear. The choice is yours. Choose light. Choose life. Choose Jesus Christ, and experience the transforming power of His salvation today.

Work and Marriage: A Parable of Life

In my country, work is like marriage. Many say there is no work, yet in reality, there is more work than those willing to take it. The problem is not the absence of opportunities but the unwillingness to recognize and embrace them. Just as some people miss out on marriage because they hold on to an imagined picture of a perfect spouse, many remain in poverty because they continually pass over real work opportunities, waiting for the kind of work that fits the image in their mind. Scripture is clear: Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might  (Ecclesiastes 9:10). God does not call us to wait for ideal circumstances before we act; He calls us to engage diligently with what is at hand. Even in Eden, before the fall of man, the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it  (Genesis 2:15). Work is not a curse but a divine assignment. Yet many despise small beginnings. They forget the words of Jesus: He that is faithful in that ...

GROWTH-BLOCKING MINDSETS AND THE KINGDOM KEY TO BREAK FREE

A Kingdom Perspective for Two Dangerous Mindsets In today’s culture of ambition and hustle, two dangerous extremes have emerged: Those who say, “I’m not called into business. I’m just an employee.” Those who say, “I don’t want to serve anyone—I just want to own mine.” Both of these mindsets are not only flawed—they’re limiting. They reflect a misunderstanding of how God raises people into influence, impact, and provision. We’ll address both extremes and reveal a balanced, Kingdom-based truth: you are already in business, and you must serve before you can own. You're Already in Business—Even as an Employee When you work for a company, organization, or institution, you are already participating in the world of business. You may not own the structure, but you are working within it. You are contributing to its operations, its vision, and ultimately, its profit. Whether you handle customer service, clean the premises, manage accounts, or sit in a cor...

Earthly Inheritance vs. Heavenly Inheritance
